I have attended over 30 overseas golf events in my career and 2 stand head and shoulders above the rest. The second best was the 2004 Olyo Tavira Pro am and the best was the 2005 event of the same name. Both were organised by PGP UK. Their style of organisation is a pleasure to experience and they are backed up by excellent teams at Vila Gale Hotels, Benamor and Quinta. On top of all that ,the golf courses are amongst the finest I have ever played. Always well prepared with fast true greens. I recommend The East Algarve to any one and every one.
